Every order placed with Amino Flo is backed by our order issue and damage protection policy. If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing an item, or incorrect, our support team will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Damage Protection Policy

If a product arrives damaged during shipping, Amino Flo may provide a one-time replacement after review of the order details and submitted photo evidence. All claims are reviewed individually and are subject to approval.

One replacement request may be approved per customer, per order.

Take clear photos of the product, outer packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage or order issue as soon as the package arrives.

Claim Review & Resolution

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, our team will process an eligible replacement as quickly as possible.
Products damaged during shipping, incorrect items received, missing items after order verification, defective products with verified quality concerns, and claims submitted promptly after delivery may qualify for replacement consideration.
Opened, mixed, or reconstituted products, claims submitted without photo evidence, change-of-mind purchases, accidental orders, incorrect shipping information entered by the customer, products without proof of purchase, and issues caused after successful delivery are generally not eligible for refund or replacement consideration.​
